Based in Barcelona, we offer experiences of fine Japanese cuisine for private dinners and lunches, exclusive events or multi-day gastronomic stays, both in Spain and internationally.
In addition to acting as a private chef, we collaborate with Hospitality Schools as a visiting professor, providing specialized training in culinary techniques and Japanese culture.
The chef is also
author of two books published by Larousse combining creativity, tradition, and excellence in every experience.
THE TEAM
Mutsuo Kowaki, with over 28 years of experience in haute Japanese cuisine developed in Japan and Barcelona, is responsible for the gastronomic vision and is the master of the kitchen. His work is based on the precision of each technique, respect for Japanese tradition, and a contemporary interpretation of Japanese cuisine for Western palates.
Keiko Alva, responsible for the direction and management of the project, is also in charge of the preparation of desserts and the selection and recommendations of Sake, taking care of every detail of the customer experience.
